A Fence That Generates
Bifacial panels mount upright along a boundary you already needed to fence. Farm edges, industrial perimeters, and property lines become power sources — without taking any extra land.

A solar panel fence with vertical bifacial modules that turns property boundaries into power. Panels stand upright at 90° on ZAM-coated steel posts — shedding snow and dust, catching east-west light for morning and evening output, taking no extra land. A fence you already needed, now generating.
The Demeter DUAL mounts bifacial solar panels upright at 90° along a boundary line — so a farm edge, an industrial perimeter, or a property line becomes a solar panel fence. The fence had to exist anyway. Now it generates power without taking a single extra square meter. For EPC contractors, developers, and farm owners, every meter of boundary becomes two assets in one: a secure barrier and a power source.
Standing upright, the panels shed snow instead of collecting it, and gather far less dust than tilted arrays — less cleaning, steadier output through snowy or dusty seasons. Facing east and west, the bifacial modules peak in the morning and evening, when south-facing arrays are quiet. That flattens the daily output curve and pairs well with an existing rooftop or ground-mount system. The fence stands 1.5-1.8 m as a single row or 1.9-2.2 m as a double row (both customizable), built from Zn-Al-Mg (ZAM) coated steel and aluminum, with ≥0.2 m ground clearance and a suggested ≥10 m spacing between parallel rows to keep field and livestock access clear.
Foundations are pile-driven E-ground screws, with or without concrete, so the solar fence follows the boundary across varied soil without heavy groundwork. Slidable post connectors absorb ground-level variation — posts don't need millimeter placement — and universal clamps take both framed and frameless modules. Frame color can be customized (MOQ) to blend with the site. Every project is engineered to its own wind, snow, and seismic loads, with structural calculations to JIS C 8955 (Japan), ASCE/SEI 7 · IBC (US), or Eurocode EN 1991 (Europe) — backed by a 12-year product warranty and a 25-30 year design life.

Standing at 90°, the panels can't hold snow and collect far less dust than tilted arrays. Less cleaning, fewer output dips through winter and dry seasons.
East-west bifacial faces peak at dawn and dusk, when south-facing arrays are quiet — flattening the day's output curve and pairing well with existing systems.
Pile-driven ground screws need no concrete, slidable connectors absorb uneven ground, and one clamp type fits framed and frameless modules — the fence line goes up fast without precision groundwork.

Cold-formed ZAM steel post whose folded channels receive the module edge directly — the fence's vertical structure and panel seat in one profile. Factory-slotted holes take the connection hardware, so nothing is drilled on site.

Bolted node that ties the horizontal beam into the column channel. The connector adjusts along the slotted post before it is tightened, taking up foundation tolerance so the fence line stays straight over uneven ground.

Clamp block that grips the module frame between its jaws: the side bolts close the jaws on the frame while the bolt below locks the block to the structure, holding the panel vertical against wind loading on either face.
