Water Sheds Over Metal
Every attachment is flashed with an aluminum plate tucked beneath the shingle course above and sealed with an EPDM gasket — rain runs over metal, and no part of the water path relies on sealant alone.

An all-aluminum asphalt shingle solar mounting system that flashes every roof attachment with metal and an EPDM gasket — water sheds over metal, not over sealant.
Asphalt shingle is the most common residential roof in North America, and the Solaris SHINGLE keeps mounting on it simple: an AL6005-T5 aluminum rail-and-clamp platform on flashed L-feet, fastened directly into the roof decking. Crews place attachments where the array layout needs them instead of hunting for rafters, carry light parts up the ladder, and cover both 3-tab and architectural shingles on roof slopes up to 45 degrees, in landscape or portrait.
Waterproofing is mechanical, not chemical. At every attachment point, an aluminum flashing plate slides up beneath the shingle course above, so rainwater sheds over the top of the metal and continues down the roof. Underneath, an EPDM rubber gasket closes the fastener penetration. Nothing in the water path depends on a bead of sealant staying elastic for decades — it is the same flashing principle roofers already trust around vents and skylights. Components come in silver as standard and can be color-matched to the roof, flashing included, so the finished array sits quietly on the shingles.
For distributors building a residential shingle roof offer, the Solaris SHINGLE is available two ways: under the Megawa name, or as an OEM/ODM line in your brand and packaging. Free sample kits put the flashing, rail, and clamps in your hands — and your installer customers' — before any volume commitment, and SGS or BV pre-shipment inspection can be arranged on request. Behind the hardware is an engineering team that has been building solar mounting since 2010, and every system carries a 12-year product warranty against a 25–30 year design life. L-feet fasten directly into the roof decking, so crews put attachments exactly where the layout needs them and keep the install moving with light, all-aluminum parts.
Silver as standard, or color-matched components — flashing included — that keep the array low-profile and visually consistent with the shingles beneath it.
The full Solaris SHINGLE line is available as OEM/ODM — your label, your packaging, backed by our manufacturing and free sample kits.

AL6005-T5 aluminum mounting rail that forms the structural backbone for panel attachment, carrying standard end and mid clamps across the shingle roof surface.

Universal aluminum clamps that secure modules to the rail — end clamps fix the outer edge of the array, mid clamps join adjacent panels, sized for a wide range of frame thicknesses.

L-shaped aluminum brackets that fasten into the decking beneath the shingle layer to transfer load into the roof structure, paired with an aluminum flashing plate and EPDM rubber seal that slides beneath the existing shingle course to seal each roof penetration against moisture. Color-matchable to the roof.
