Tile Hook
Adjustable tile hook fixed to the rafter with three wood screws. The rail seat adjusts in height and front-to-back; the hook arm slides sideways along the base. Supplied with the rail clamp pre-fitted.

Rail mounting system for pitched roofs with clay or concrete tiles — a pitched roof solar mounting system with one Torx drive for every system screw, a tool-free snap-in rail splice, a concealed earthing clip, and a rafter-fixed hook that adjusts in three directions. Splices and clamps are supplied pre-assembled.
Clay & concrete tile · One Torx key · EN AW-6005 T6 / A2 · Eurocode EN 1991All system screws share one Torx drive, so one key covers the hook screws, the rail clamp, the module clamps and the earthing clip. Rails are joined by pushing them together until the pre-fitted snap splice clicks; there are no screws at the joint. The earthing clip fits the rail channel at any point, and the conductor linking the rails runs beneath the modules. The hook is fixed to the rafter, not to the tile, and adjusts in height, front-to-back and sideways to set a straight rail line on an uneven roof. Splices, mid clamps and end clamps arrive pre-assembled. On a typical tile roof this saves up to 30% of installation time compared with a screwed-splice system.
Materials: aluminium EN AW-6005 T6 for rails, hooks and clamps; stainless steel A2 for all fasteners. Modules are mounted portrait, parallel to the roof, with frame heights of 30–35 mm. Design life 25–30 years; product warranty 12 years. Structural design is project-specific to Eurocode EN 1991, prepared by an engineering team building solar mounting since 2010. Solaris HOOK PRO was developed for the European market, Germany first: it follows local installation practice, needs less labour on the roof and carries higher loads than the Solaris HOOK, which suits snow regions; the Solaris HOOK remains the pitched roof solar mounting system with a hook for each tile profile. Both are supplied under the Megawa name or as an OEM/ODM line in your own packaging. Sample kits are available before any volume commitment — request one or start a distribution inquiry.

All system screws share one Torx drive size. No tool changes on the roof, from the hook screws to the end clamps.

Push the rails together until the splice clicks. No screws at the joint; the splice is pre-fitted in the rail end. Patented.

The earthing clip fits the rail channel at any point. The conductor linking the rails runs beneath the modules. Patented.

Fixed to the rafter, not to the tile. Height, front-to-back and lateral adjustment sets a straight, level rail line on uneven roofs.

Adjustable tile hook fixed to the rafter with three wood screws. The rail seat adjusts in height and front-to-back; the hook arm slides sideways along the base. Supplied with the rail clamp pre-fitted.

Mounting rail with a top channel for the module clamps and a bottom channel for the hook clamp and the earthing clip. Supplied with the snap splice pre-fitted in one end.

Joins two rails end to end. Push the next rail onto the pre-fitted splice until it clicks. No screws, no tool. Patented.

Fixes two adjacent modules to the rail. Pre-assembled; Torx drive; for frame heights 30–35 mm.

Fixes the outer module at each end of a row. Pre-assembled; Torx drive; for frame heights 30–35 mm.

Fits the rail channel at any point and takes the conductor that links the rails. Sits beneath the modules. Patented.

Placed between module frame and rail at the mid clamps for earthing continuity from module to rail.

Fixes the hook to the rafter, three per hook. Torx drive.

Closes the open rail end.
