No Concrete, No Waiting
Piles drive straight into soil and the structure bolts on the same day — no excavation, formwork, or curing. Foundation time drops by up to 50% versus poured concrete.

A ground screw foundation that replaces poured concrete under ground mount solar: hot-dip galvanized screw piles in five types, sized to your site's soil data. No digging, no curing — drive it in, mount the same day.
Megawa ground screws put a solar foundation in the ground without concrete. Each hot-dip galvanized steel pile drives straight into the soil — no excavation, no formwork, no curing time — so the mounting structure bolts on right after driving and foundation work moves up to 50% faster than poured footings. For EPC contractors, that turns the foundation from a multi-day trade into a same-day step. For distributors, it is a standard part that sells alongside every ground mount system.
Every dimension is built to order: pile length, diameter, wall thickness, and flange size are all customizable to the soil and the load, with a standard size in stock for typical ground-mount work. Five types cover the ground you'll actually meet: SE screws with or without flange for general soils, a spiral-blade pile that bites into softer ground, a double-blade pile for demanding soils and high uplift, and a double-flange heightening screw for raised connections. Capacity comes from data, not a single rating: the datasheet publishes pull-out and compression across soil N-values — the standard pile in clay at N=3 holds 5.017 kN pull-out and 6.182 kN compression — and every project is sized from its own soil survey.
The steel is carbon Q235B, hot-dip galvanized to DIN EN ISO 1461 with a zinc layer of 80μm or more, for a 25-30 year design life in the ground. Ground screws shine where concrete struggles — slopes, rocky and agricultural land, environmentally sensitive sites — and at end of life they back out and get reused, leaving no trace. Structural calculations to JIS C 8955 (Japan), ASCE/SEI 7 · IBC (US), or Eurocode EN 1991 (Europe) size each foundation, and the screws pair with Terra ground mounts, Demeter agrivoltaic and fence systems, and Titan carports — backed by a 12-year product warranty.

SE, spiral-blade, double-blade, and heightening types in customizable lengths cover clay, sand, gravel, loose soils, slopes, and rocky or agricultural land — the pile matches the ground, not the other way around.
Q235B steel hot-dip galvanized to DIN EN ISO 1461 with a ≥80μm zinc layer holds off corrosion for a 25-30 year design life in the ground.
No soil is excavated going in, and the screws back out and get reused when the array is decommissioned — the site returns to how it was.

The standard pile: a full-thread Ø76 mm galvanized steel screw with a 200 mm flange head that bolts directly to the mounting structure. Product no. SE-GS76-1600F-T3.0, 1600 mm standard length, for general soil conditions.

A flangeless variant (SE-GS76-1600N-T3.0) that connects to the structure through a bolted bracket rather than a flange plate, giving more adjustment latitude on uneven or graded sites.

A coarse-pitch spiral-blade pile (SE-HB76-1600F-T3.0) that bites into softer and looser soils, increasing pull-out resistance where a fine-thread screw would slip.

A twin-blade pile with 176 mm diameter, 5 mm thick blades for maximum pull-out and compression capacity in demanding soils and high-uplift arrays.
